Chamber of Commerce and Insurance and Risk Services, based in Warsaw, was set up at the founding meeting on 21 August 2002. Economic self-government is an organization created under the Act of 30 May 1989. the chambers of commerce, entered into court for the City of Warsaw, Department of National Court Register under KRS No. 0000173666 (the Registry of Associations, Social Organizations and Other Trade Foundation, and public health care).
The organs of the Board are:

Chamber unites businesses with operations related to insurance and risk support. The tasks of the Board, certain statutes should be:
- Representing and protecting the economic interests of members of the Board
